1. Services

Authentic Documents Solutions SA provides document facilitation, verification, and legalisation services (e.g., Police Clearance, Apostille, Notary, and related). We act as an intermediary between clients and relevant authorities.

Authentic Documents SA is an independent private service provider and is not affiliated with the Department of Home Affairs or any government institution.

2. Acceptance

By using our website or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Quotes & Payments

• All quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated. Services will only commence once payment is received in full.
• Work begins once proof of payment is received.
• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless specified.

4. Processing Times

Estimated turnaround times depend on third-party departments (SAPS, DIRCO, Home Affairs). Delays beyond our control do not constitute negligence or liability.

5. Delivery

We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by government departments, third-party agents, or public holidays.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Once submission to a department has been made, refunds cannot be processed. If cancelled before submission, a reasonable admin fee may apply.

7. Limitation of Liability

We take utmost care but cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or errors caused by external institutions or couriers.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, and materials belong to Authentic Documents Solutions SA and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.

Clients may not reproduce, resell, or misrepresent any materials, templates, or legal content provided through our services

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
